Jeffrey F. Cattorini, MD, PA


Dr. Jeffrey Francis Cattorini has built his outstanding reputation in neurosurgery on the belief that his patients come first. He is known for his caring, compassionate, as well as comprehensive treatments and takes great care to ensure each patient receives the proper treatment for his or her individual needs. A treatment plan is formulated for every patient which encompasses the goals of the surgery and a return to a functional work environment and active lifestyle.

Dr. Cattorini has been featured in D Magazine and voted one of the best neurosurgeons in Dallas.

Ricky R. Kalra, MD


Dr. Ricky R. Kalra is a spine fellowship-trained neurosurgeon and Dr. Jeffrey Cattorini’s practice partner. He is originally from Plano, Texas and graduated from Rice University. After completing his medical training at Washington University in Saint Louis, he started his neurosurgery residency at the University of Utah with a special interest in brain tumors and complex scoliosis surgery. Dr. Kalra spent a year researching brain tumors in the laboratory and was nationally recognized for his contributions with the Preuss Award by the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He also has extensive publications in spine surgery and won the Charlie Kunz Award by the Joint Spine Section for his research on lumbar fusions. As part of his training, Dr. Kalra completed a spine surgery fellowship with training in Germany focusing on minimally invasive approaches to the spine and complex scoliosis.

He is associated with multiple hospitals in North Dallas and resides with his family in Plano.
